Lead a high‑performing engineering team to design, build, and scale custom software solutions for warehouse management and e‑commerce, leveraging Java, cloud platforms, and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional software development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute product roadmaps for mission‑critical systems that support warehouse operations, inventory control, and e‑commerce platforms.
- Drive Agile processes, sprint planning, and delivery metrics to ensure high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Architect scalable, secure solutions using Java and cloud services (e.g., AWS or Azure) while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Partner with product owners, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a people‑management or lead role.
- Proven expertise in Java development and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery of large‑scale enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
