Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading software development teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Java and Python, with hands‑on experience deploying to AWS.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of driving process improvements and delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions.
