About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers, ensuring high quality code and timely delivery of enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement cloud‑native services on AWS, leveraging DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, adopting Agile and Scrum frameworks to enhance productivity and transparency.
- Ensure robust security, compliance, and performance standards across all applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java and Python.
- Proven track record managing and scaling development teams in a global environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services, DevOps tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
