Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap for AI‑powered healthcare applications, aligning technical decisions with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering an Agile culture and high‑performance standards.
Design and oversee scalable, secure cloud architectures on AWS, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate machine‑learning models into production‑ready services.
Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a people‑management or technical‑lead role.
Strong proficiency in Python and hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning models.
Deep knowledge of AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS) and cloud‑native architecture patterns.
Proven track record delivering large‑scale, regulated healthcare solutions in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
