About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team to design, develop, and ship a generative AI assistant that integrates with enterprise data sources on AWS.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and translate customer needs into technical requirements.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions using AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in AI/ML and cloud platforms.
- Proven leadership of high‑performing teams in an agile environment.
- Hands‑on expertise in Python, AWS, and generative AI frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
