Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in building large‑scale, cloud‑native applications.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) and modern development stacks.
- Strong understanding of customer‑service workflows and the ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing stakeholders across all levels.
