Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a strong background in payment systems.
- Proven leadership in agile environments, with experience scaling teams and processes.
- Deep knowledge of secure software development practices and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with modern architecture patterns (microservices, event‑driven) and CI/CD pipelines.
