Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional team of software and system developers focused on credential management, badge encoding, and perimeter intrusion detection.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of security products that protect physical access to AWS data centers worldwide.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and security stakeholders to define architecture, roadmaps, and release plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and system reliability.
- Champion security best practices and ensure compliance with AWS security standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software development teams in a security or infrastructure context.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services, credential management, and physical security technologies.
- Proven track record delivering complex, high‑availability systems at scale.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
- Hands‑on experience with modern CI/CD, cloud security, and infrastructure automation.
