Your role and responsibilities
In this role, we are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. You will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building enterprise-grade Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software used by global industrial customers.
The role requires strong technical leadership combined with people management and delivery ownership. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Principal Engineers, Quality Engineering and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native software solutions while driving engin
