About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end ML pipelines that generate personalized ad content for product detail pages, homepages, and store‑in‑store displays.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine‑tune large language models, ensuring relevance, compliance, and high engagement metrics.
- Implement scalable, low‑latency inference services on AWS, optimizing for cost and performance across millions of requests.
- Integrate real‑time shopper signals to adapt ad placement and messaging dynamically.
- Own feature releases, monitor production health, and iterate based on A/B test results and user feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in a high‑scale production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building ML/AI services on AWS.
- Hands‑on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and generative AI techniques.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering customer‑centric solutions.
