QA Engineer
Seeking a Mobile SDET to design, develop, and automate test frameworks for iOS and Android applications, leveraging Java/Kotlin/Swift, Appium, and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud‑native environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust automated test frameworks for native iOS (Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin) mobile applications.
- Develop, maintain, and execute end‑to‑end test suites using Appium, Selenium, and related tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and ensure reliable test reporting.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
- Identify, diagnose, and track defects; provide actionable feedback to improve code quality and performance.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging testing technologies and cloud services (e.g., AWS Device Farm).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mobile test automation with strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Swift.
- Hands‑on experience with Appium, Selenium WebDriver, and mobile testing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience configuring pipelines in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud testing platforms such as AWS Device Farm or similar services.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
