QA Engineer
Seeking an SDET to design and execute manual and automated tests for SaaS applications in an Agile environment, building regression suites and integration tests while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for SaaS solutions within two‑week Agile sprints.
- Develop, maintain, and expand automated regression suites using Selenium and Java (or Python) frameworks.
- Write integration and API tests to validate end‑to‑end functionality across services.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA peers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in continuous integration pipelines, ensuring test results are reliable and fast.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on manual testing experience with SaaS products in an Agile setting.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or Python) for test automation.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, REST API testing tools, and CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, test design techniques, and defect tracking.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward improving test processes.
