About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications and RESTful APIs using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with engineering teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Monitor test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve software reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with Selenium or similar UI automation tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Understanding of cloud environments, preferably AWS, and experience testing services deployed there.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative team.
