About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high‑performance simulation services that run on AWS and support large‑scale robotics experiments.
- Build and maintain machine‑learning training pipelines and data stores to enable rapid iteration of robot policies.
- Develop core infrastructure components using Python and C++ with a focus on reliability, scalability, and low latency.
- Collaborate with robotics scientists and software teams to translate research requirements into production‑grade systems.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of services using Kubernetes and CI/CD best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in cloud or distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++ for building performance‑critical services.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with machine‑learning workflows, data pipelines, and model training at scale.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally, solve complex technical problems, and deliver production‑ready code.
