About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web components for the AWS Management Console and mobile app using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate user research into intuitive interfaces and workflows.
- Implement reusable, testable code across the AWS Web Toolkit, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Integrate with AWS services and internal APIs, optimizing performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and driving best practices in front‑end development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, RESTful APIs, and cloud‑native architecture.
- Experience with modern front‑end tooling (Webpack, Babel, Jest) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality user experiences.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
