Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered features for Amazon Quick, leveraging Python, AWS, and advanced NLP to deliver secure, data‑driven productivity tools for enterprises.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable AI services in Python on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance for enterprise workloads.
- Integrate generative AI and NLP models to provide intelligent answers, summaries, and content generation within the Quick assistant.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ingest, process, and secure enterprise data sources for model training and inference.
- Implement robust security and compliance controls, including data encryption, access management, and audit logging.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for latency and cost, leveraging GPU/FPGA resources and model compression techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on cloud-native AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM), and container orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience with generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs) and NLP libraries.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and secure data handling.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
