About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑performance backend services in Python to process and analyze contact center data streams.
- Integrate Amazon Connect and Contact Lens APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and real‑time analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine‑learning models that enhance sentiment and intent detection.
- Design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis) to support millions of interactions.
- Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python and AWS.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Connect, Contact Lens, and telephony data pipelines.
- Experience with JavaScript/Node.js for front‑end or API integration.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, fault‑tolerant cloud architectures.
