About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for a portfolio of software products, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Build, mentor, and scale a cross‑functional engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high quality.
- Architect scalable, maintainable solutions in Java and C++, overseeing code quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to deliver releases on time and within budget.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices, tooling, and metrics to optimize delivery velocity and predictability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with a strong background in Java and C++.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership, managing teams of 10+ developers.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑scale systems in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
