About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business requirements.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for authentication, authorization, and federation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IAM capabilities into cloud and on‑prem applications.
- Lead technical reviews, code quality assessments, and performance tuning of IAM components.
- Mentor developers, fostering a culture of security‑first engineering and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing IAM systems using OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and related protocols.
- Strong background in Java and Spring Security, with proven architectural leadership.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business domains.
- Passion for security, scalability, and delivering high‑quality software solutions.
