About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and business partners to define Agile stories and technical specifications for new capabilities.
- Conduct thorough design reviews and code reviews to ensure high‑quality, maintainable software.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and support to engineers across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and cloud deployment practices.
- Monitor project progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience with modern languages and frameworks.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering complex, scalable applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions across stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
