Experienced Software Developer skilled in Java, Python, and SQL, building scalable backend services and APIs on cloud platforms such as AWS, supporting workforce intelligence and analytics solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services for workforce analytics platforms.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs that enable data ingestion, processing, and delivery to front‑end applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI‑driven insights into core product features.
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and security through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale services on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, RDS, and Lambda.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Java or Python development.
- Strong proficiency with relational databases and SQL query optimization.
- Hands‑on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, cross‑functional team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
