About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce in a multi‑platform environment.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor and guide less‑experienced team members, fostering best‑practice development standards and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate project planning, system architecture, and technical documentation in line with established IT standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and ensure robust, real‑time data flow.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Proficiency in Java and RESTful API integration.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading development teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
