About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain low‑latency core trading applications and supporting services.
- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability in a high‑frequency environment.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and engineers to translate trading strategies into production‑ready software.
- Implement, monitor, and improve cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS) and on‑premise Linux systems.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and ensure adherence to best‑practice coding standards.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python with a solid understanding of memory management and concurrency.
- Experience developing high‑performance, low‑latency systems on Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) and infrastructure automation.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and performance profiling tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven team and continuously learn new technologies.
