As a Software Developer Analyst II, you will join the voice team to develop GenAI solutions for initial customer contact. Your role involves creating and optimizing prompts, structuring knowledge bases with RAG, and refining AI agent behavior to enhance response quality and efficiency.

About the Role and Mission
You will be part of the voice team and will work on developing the GenAI solution that will provide the first point of contact for customers who reach out to Inter.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Create, test, and optimize prompts to maximize the quality and consistency of language model responses.
- Develop and structure knowledge bases using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Evaluate and refine the behavior of AI agents, identifying response patterns and adjusting approaches for greater efficiency.
- Increase the accuracy and reliability of responses through advanced prompt engineering techniques.
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirements:
- Practical experience with generative AI model APIs.
- Knowledge of Python for prompt test automation and data integration.
- Understanding of how vector databases work.
- Experience in consuming and integrating with REST APIs.
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Completed higher education.
- Availability to work in person.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with AI performance quality metrics.
- Experience with building and evolving conversational agents.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and models such as OpenIA, GeminiAI or similar.
