Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of analytical products that transform healthcare outcomes, using Python, SQL, and cloud data engineering on AWS to build scalable, ML‑enabled solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end data pipelines and analytical products that drive measurable improvements in healthcare access, quality, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex clinical and operational requirements into scalable, cloud‑native solutions.
- Implement machine learning models and advanced analytics to uncover insights and support evidence‑based decision making.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance across all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in data engineering, DevOps, and agile delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software/data engineering, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, S3, Redshift, Glue).
- Hands‑on experience building ML pipelines and deploying models in production.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client‑focused attitude.
