Software Engineer
Provide expert software consulting and support for green space management solutions, leveraging GIS, database, and programming expertise to optimize maintenance workflows and data integrity.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical consulting and hands‑on support for green space management software, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues in GIS, database, and application layers, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts (Python, SQL) to automate data processing and reporting for landscape maintenance.
- Assist in the design and implementation of database schemas and data integration pipelines.
- Provide training and documentation to end users and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software consulting or support engineering, preferably in environmental or landscape management domains.
- Strong knowledge of GIS technologies, relational databases, and data integration.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for scripting and data manipulation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
