Lead the design and modernization of a cloud‑native compliance platform, driving scalable microservices, robust APIs, and automated CI/CD pipelines on AWS while integrating AI capabilities to enhance user experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve a distributed, cloud‑native compliance platform using AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Design and enforce API standards, ensuring secure, versioned, and well‑documented interfaces for internal and external consumers.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Lead technical reviews, code quality audits, and performance tuning to meet scalability and reliability targets.
- Drive continuous improvement of architecture practices, tooling, and documentation across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing large‑scale, cloud‑based systems with a focus on microservices and API ecosystems.
- Proficiency with AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation) and container orchestration.
- Strong background in CI/CD, GitOps, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data‑driven product enhancements is a plus.
