Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of scalable web applications, driving architecture decisions and mentoring teams across the full stack using JavaScript, Node.js, React and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across front‑end and back‑end components.
- Lead design reviews, code quality checks, and technical decision‑making for new features and refactors.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure provisioning on AWS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Strong background in software architecture, design patterns, and system design.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous delivery.
