Software Architect
Design and lead the development of scalable, cloud‑native software solutions, guiding technical teams in Java microservices, containerization, and AWS infrastructure while ensuring architectural integrity and best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall software architecture for enterprise‑grade applications, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead the design and implementation of Java‑based microservices, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
- Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach development teams on cloud services, particularly AWS, and Agile delivery practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering complex software systems, with a strong focus on Java and microservice architectures.
- Hands‑on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Proven ability to drive technical decisions, enforce architectural standards, and mentor engineering teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
