About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and development of next-generation software platforms for automotive applications . With expertise in AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), Linux/QNX hypervisors, and base software development , you will play a key role in shaping advanced embedded software strategies .
As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for long-term platform design , software integration, and ensuring compliance with automotive safety and security standards . This is an opportunity to work on high-performance computing (HPC) solutions , drive innovation , and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Define and drive the long-term strategy for Embedded Software Platforms across multiple vehicle systems. ✔️ Lead the development and integration of software platforms based on AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), Linux, and QNX . ✔️ Oversee the Board Support Package (BSP) integration , hypervisor configuration, and Guest OS setup. ✔️ Ensure compliance with automotive safety and security standards while optimizing software performance. ✔️ Provide technical leadership , mentoring, and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. ✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs. ✔️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 🔹 10+ years of experience in automotive software development, with deep expertise in AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive) . 🔹 Strong proficiency in Linux-based embedded systems and hypervisor technologies (QNX, Xen, etc.). 🔹 Hands-on experience with C, C++, and Embedded C programming. 🔹 Deep understanding of software architecture principles , patterns, and best practices. 🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. 🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills , with the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
