- Support and participate in deployment processes, including version control, release management, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Build and manage integrations using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS/middleware tools to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to application performance, workflows, integrations, and system functionality.
- Support and participate in change management processes to ensure controlled, reliable deployment of system updates and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, integrations, and user guides.
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including functional and integration testing, to ensure solution quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project managers, analysts, stakeholders) to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
Up to 2 days of telework after probation period.
Required KSA’s:
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and their application in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise service management platforms (e.g., TeamDynamix, ServiceNow, or similar).
