We are seeking a highly experienced SoC Physical Design Engineer to join our team as a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex System-on-Chip (SoC) physical designs for high-performance applications. This role requires a strong background in digital design, physical design, and verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex SoC physical designs for high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design methodologies and flows.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and verification reports.
- Work with the design team to identify and resolve design issues and bugs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve design quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SoC physical design, with a strong background in digital design and physical design.
- Expert-level knowledge of Verilog, SystemVerilog, and RTL design.
- Strong understanding of physical design tools and methodologies, including Python scripting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
