SNR STAFF SHIFT ENGINEER LEAD, TD MFG DEV ENGG

We are seeking a Senior/Staff Shift Engineer Lead to lead a team of shift engineers in a manufacturing development engineering environment. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in software development and manufacturing processes, with expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS. The role will involve leading a team to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of shift engineers to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for manufacturing processes and systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to shift engineers and other teams as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing development engineering, with a strong technical background in software development and manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Experience with manufacturing process design and implementation, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
