About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data warehouses and advanced SQL queries for large healthcare datasets.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data engineers and analysts, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Architect end‑to‑end ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Implement performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system health.
Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience in data engineering with deep expertise in Snowflake and advanced SQL.
- Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering large‑scale data projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern data tooling is a plus.
