About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of escalated incidents using Azure IaC and Terraform, ensuring on‑time delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure through Terraform scripts, optimizing for scalability and reliability.
- Mentor and coach team members and administrators on best practices for Azure DevOps, IaC, and incident management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze root causes, implement preventive measures, and improve overall service quality.
- Document processes, create runbooks, and maintain knowledge bases to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and Terraform in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, networking, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple high‑priority incidents.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team mentorship.
- Experience with IaC principles, version control, and automated testing is a plus.
