Site Reliability Engineer - Universal Stainless

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans for steel production equipment and facilities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode investigations to identify preventive measures.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze data trends, and recommend reliability enhancements.
• Lead incident response efforts, ensuring rapid resolution and post‑incident reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reliability engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
