Site Reliability Engineer - Pineswift Technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux‑based servers and environments to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
• Manage and maintain databases, including performance tuning, backup, and recovery operations.
• Configure, monitor, and resolve network infrastructure and connectivity issues across the organization.
• Implement and maintain security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, and enforce system hardening practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy scalable, secure infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Linux administration, database management, networking, and information security.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools, backup/recovery strategies, and vulnerability management.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation and configuration management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
