Site Reliability Engineer
Lead the integration of cloud services with industry components, build and maintain code‑based infrastructure, and support customers in a fast‑paced agile environment using full‑stack and site reliability engineering practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support cloud‑based solutions that integrate with industry‑specific components.
- Collaborate with product owners and technical leadership to meet delivery deadlines.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code artifacts, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Provide technical support to industry customers, addressing capacity and performance needs.
- Document architecture, processes, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and full‑stack development.
- Strong background in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies and cross‑functional team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while driving projects to completion.
