Site Engineer for a Maldives infrastructure project, overseeing electrical, lighting control, building automation, and ELV installations. Responsible for on‑site execution, quality, safety, and coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day project execution activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage manpower, subcontractors, and material deliveries to maintain schedule and budget.
- Oversee installation of electrical, lighting control, building automation, earthing, and ELV systems, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and site logs for project stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues on site, liaising with design teams and clients to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in electrical and automation projects.
- Strong knowledge of lighting control, building automation, ELV, and earthing systems.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in project documentation and site safety compliance.
