About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards for the G+14 high‑rise building.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and resolve on‑site issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including records, registers, and correspondence.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2–4 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in high‑rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices and site safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
