About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity simulation models for robotic platforms using ROS and Gazebo.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate simulation results into product development cycles.
- Implement and optimize control algorithms in C++ and Python for robotic manipulation and navigation.
- Validate simulation accuracy against real-world test data and refine models accordingly.
- Document simulation workflows, performance metrics, and best practices for cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ROS, Gazebo, and related robotics middleware.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for algorithm development and simulation scripting.
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering with a focus on robotics or simulation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with version control (Git) and continuous integration pipelines is a plus.
