About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of signal integrity engineers in the development of high‑speed connector systems.
- Drive the design, simulation, and validation of SFP, QSFP, OSFP, CDFP, and 448G‑class HSIO connectors, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate customer requirements into robust, manufacturable designs.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST) and measurement techniques to optimize signal integrity and reduce EMI.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high‑speed signal integrity and RF engineering, with a proven track record in connector or cable design.
- Deep expertise in high‑speed serial interfaces (SFP, QSFP, OSFP, CDFP) and 448G‑class technologies.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Proficiency in simulation and measurement tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, and network analyzers.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
