Senior Siebel CRM developer crafting and enhancing loyalty, promotion, and field service solutions using Siebel tools, scripting, and web services, while integrating with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and modern web technologies such as AngularJS and REST APIs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development of Siebel CRM solutions for loyalty programs, promotions, and field services.
- Configure and script Siebel components using Siebel Tools, Web Tool, and Siebel Scripting, including Workflow, EAI, and Web Services.
- Implement RESTful interfaces and integrate with external systems, ensuring secure and scalable data exchange.
- Upgrade Siebel environments and deliver Open UI enhancements with JQuery, Java, HTML5, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define security, performance, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and basic Kubernetes concepts.
- Hands‑on expertise with AngularJS, REST APIs, Java, and modern web technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
