About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical integration of stage, lighting, audio, and visual systems for large‑scale live events.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and client teams to translate artistic vision into functional technical specifications.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of show systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide on‑site technical support during rehearsals and live performances, troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in show systems engineering for live events, concerts, or large venues.
- Strong knowledge of lighting consoles, audio consoles, rigging, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
