About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve customer-facing issues and enhance product integration
- Assist the development team in implementing new features and functionalities
- Analyze client requirements to design intuitive interfaces and mockups
- Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure consistent performance across platforms
- Support the development lifecycle with debugging and optimization efforts
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap Framework
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and client interactions
- Experience with cross-browser testing methodologies
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
