As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing repairs and maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize production schedules and workflows
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, reporting any incidents or near-misses
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
