Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex SHEQ operational challenges into clear, effective technical solutions.
- Architect and lead full‑stack development of large‑scale operational software, owning engineering decisions and building sustainable systems.
- Stay current with evolving technologies and actively contribute to upgrading the team’s technology stack, including cloud, containerization, and database solutions.
- Support the growth of junior team members through technical mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Balance development of new solutions with maintenance and support of existing applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience building scalable web applications using Python and Node.js.
- Strong background in AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3) and container orchestration with Docker.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
- Experience with agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
