Software Engineer
Provide expert support and administration for SharePoint environments, leveraging PowerShell, Office 365, Azure, and SQL Server to ensure high availability, performance, and seamless user experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot on‑premises and cloud‑based SharePoint farms.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and bulk operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SharePoint with Office 365, Azure services, and enterprise data sources.
- Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and apply patches and upgrades.
- Provide tier‑2 support, resolve incidents, and create knowledge‑base articles for end‑users and support staff.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering SharePoint (2016/2019/Online).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, and related cloud services.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server for SharePoint databases, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and networking concepts in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
