About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement migration strategies for SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Architect and develop custom solutions on the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate with clients to assess requirements and recommend the optimal mix of out‑of‑the‑box, low‑code/no‑code, and pro‑code components.
- Lead technical delivery, providing guidance on best practices for security, scalability, and performance across Microsoft 365 services.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the transformation team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online migration and administration.
- Strong proficiency in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Hands‑on experience with C#/.NET and REST APIs for extending Microsoft 365 functionality.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global, cross‑functional teams.
