Systems Engineer
Experienced Systems Engineer to support the LANDMARK AOS program, driving end‑to‑end system acquisition, requirements development, and integration using model‑based and agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements capture, analysis, and traceability for complex defense systems throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain model‑based system architectures, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and program objectives.
- Coordinate configuration management and baseline control, supporting change management and documentation compliance.
- Plan and execute test and evaluation activities, analyzing results to verify system performance and readiness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software, hardware, and mission specialists, using Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
- Proficiency in requirements engineering, MBSE tools (e.g., SysML, MagicDraw), and configuration management processes.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition frameworks and security clearance requirements (TS/SCI w/Polygraph preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Experience applying Agile practices to systems engineering tasks.
